7 Skinny Tips

1. Always eat a good breakfast, your metabolism will speed up the rest of the day.
2. Avoid gas-inducing foods, cut back on the gas-producing vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and brussel sprouts. These can produce gas and in return promote bloating
3. Eat spicy food, studies have shown that spicy foods help burn more calories.
4. Say NO to Soda. Sodas are full of sugar and carbs. Even the diet kinds can leave you feeling bloated and full. Water is the best option.
5. Avoid processed foods, like deli meats or hot dogs, which are loaded with salt and preservatives.
6. Eat small meals all day so you don't overload at mealtime. Have some apple slices or low-fat cheese slices in the morning, and try some celery sticks and peanut butter in the afternoon.
7. Avoid white flour in foods such as bread, cookies, and pasta. These foods are high in sugars and carbs. If you want to have bread or pasta, opt for the whole grain kind.
